HDFC Bank Issues Rs. 3 Lakh Instant Credit Cards

As private sector HDFC Bank nears its one-year anniversary with InstaCard, which is a type of instant credit card delivered to a customer within one hour, it reaches a milestone of issuing 3 lakhs such cards so far.

Launched in January this year, InstaCard is a digital credit card which can be applied by a customer through their net banking account by following a few easy and simple steps. Once the process is completed, the card is delivered to them within an hour, the lender said in a statement.

A customer can use InstaCard for doing online transactions as they wait for the physical card that usually arrives in a few days.
