IIT Madras to Submit Hyperloop Blueprint to Elon Musk

Avishkar Hyperloop which is a group of IIT Madras students has been selected for the final round of SpaceX Hyperloop Pod competition 2019. The students who beat 20 other groups will visit Los Angeles, California in July to present their hyperloop idea to SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk himself. They are receiving sponsorship from peer-to-peer lending firm RupeeCircle.
RupeeCircle Founder and CEO Ajit Kumar said that he wants the firm to be at the forefront of technology. He also said that he decided to support the Avishkar team as he is aware of the struggles that innovators face as they try to make their way towards success.
