India Ranked at 30th Position on WEF Global Manufacturing Index

In the global manufacturing index compiled by the World Economic Forum (WEF), India found itself standing on the 30th Position while China secured the 5th position and Japan 1st. However, the remaining of the BRIC’s countries i.e., Brazil, Russia, and South Africa found themselves ranked ever lower at the positions 41, 35, and 45 respectively.

The index was published in the “Readiness for future of production report” that took into account the various modern industries strategies applied by the countries across the globe, as well as several other factors.
