Infosys’s EdgeVerve Rolls Out CollectEdge to Help Banks with AI Technology

At the 2019 edition of LendIt Fintech USA that was held at San Francisco, USA, EdgeVerse Systems unveiled CollectEdge which is an AI-powered solution that can help banks and other fintech lenders in boosting recovery, lowering delinquency rates, and improving customer experience.
CollectEdge uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide appropriate collection strategies to different banks, automate decision making, remove bottlenecks from various business processes, etc.
