September 19, 2019
Anxiety, high blood pressure, and sleepless nights have become some of the most common problems faced by senior managers in Indian companies as they try to wrap their heads around the economic downturn. Psychologists and psychiatrists in top cities are also receiving a large number of calls from workers who say they are under huge work pressure that involves unrealistic targets and draconian schedules.
Many studies have indicated an increase in depression and related disorders in senior executives.
