NIIT Technologies to Acquire WHISHWORKS

IT solutions company NIIT Technologies announced that it will acquire WHISHWORKS IT Consulting which specializes in big data and MuleSoft. In the first phase, it will buy 53% equity in the company and the remaining in the next 2 years, it said.
WHISHWORKS has set up a competitive framework around MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform which is used for creating application networks and has over 350 MuleSoft certifications. It’s had a massive success so far and it’s market share is also increasing rapidly which makes NIIT’s decision a wise move, experts say.
