Only Single GST Slab When Congress Comes to Power, Says Rahul Gandhi

Calling GST a “Gabbar Singh Tax” this Monday, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that when the Congress party-led Government comes to power, only single GST slab will be implemented in the tax regime.
Gandhi was speaking at an interactive meeting with women self-help groups when he chided the NDA government and said that it has waived loans of Rs. 2.5 trillion of the tycoons in India in the past 2 years. He also slammed GST and said that it was a way to snatch money from the poor.
