OYO plans to launch IPO by year end
OYO Hotels and Homes are planning to launch its initial public offering (IPO) this year. The organization has supposedly set a deadline of September to document its draft red herring prospectus and aims to go public before the year-end.

The Ritesh Agarwal-helmed organization is in talks with bankers like JP Morgan, Citi, and Kotak Mahindra Capital to deal with the public issue, as mentioned in a report in The Economic Times. An individual aware of the development told the daily that work has begun and some bankers have been finalized.

Someone else aware of everything said that many details are yet to be documented, including the offered size. With COVID-19 cases ebbing in India and Europe and an increase in inoculation rates, OYO is seeing a recuperation of its business. It believes that India would reflect a solid recuperation once more individuals are inoculated, like the similar case in Europe.
