Products Made by Inmates to be Sold on Amazon, Flipkart

According to a report, products built by inmates in Maharashtra will be sold on top ecommerce portals like Amazon and Flipkart. Inspector General of Prison (Prisons) Deepak Pandey said that some of the inmates in the prison are highly skilled, and some of them are artists. The prison wants to use their talent for commercial benefits with platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.
The report said that some of the products that will be sold on online stores include carpets, paintings, garments, paintings, idols, and confectionary.
