Reskilling Employees Becomes Focus of IT Giants

As the IT industry is facing extreme talent crunch lately, the top companies in the industry are focusing on reskilling their employees. Head of recruitment services in TeamLease, Ajay Shah said that only 5 out of 100 jobs that require skilled professionals are filled these days. He said that there is an increase in the number of jobs in new-age technologies like automation, IoT, machine learning, etc. He also said that giants like TCS and Wipro are now looking to train their existing employees to meet the talent demand.
