SBI Ranks Number One by Volume of SMSes

Public sector State Bank of India stands at the number one position by the volume of SMSes with 30% of the Truecaller users using it, a recent report says.
Truecaller, which is the largest collaborative phone directory in the world, released an insight report as per which 30% of its users are using SMSes for banking services offered by SBI. HDFC came next with 14% users using SMS services for banking, followed by ICICI at 13%.
Truecaller said that the data was gathered from the incoming and outgoing SMS messages for the banking services that were sent between April 1 and September 31.
