Social Media Managers Enjoying Inflated Salaries Due to Talent Shortage

The recruitment industry is facing a massive shortage of social media managers lately which is why even professionals who have just 2-5 years of experience are able to get salaries as high as ₹30 lakhs per year.
One hiring manager from Bengaluru said that his firm has been looking for a social media manager for three months but it’s been in vain so far. He said that he has received several resumes from professionals who are getting an annual salary package of 10 lakhs to ₹30 lakhs with just 2-5 years of experience.
