SpiceJet Becomes Fourth Domestic Airline to Add 100th Plane to Fleet

This Sunday, domestic airline SpiceJet became the fourth in India to increase its fleet size to 100 aircraft. As of today, AirAsia, GoAir, IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, Vistara, Alliance, and SpiceJet together have 595 planes in their fleet.

Ajay Singh who is the MD and chairman of SpiceJet said that no would one would have thought that the airline which almost close to closure in 2014 would get its 100th aircraft in 2019. Today, the airline operates an average of 575 flights per day.
