IT companies that are developing artificial intelligence-powered solutions for their clients are also increasingly using the technology for in-house problems. Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant are some of the tech companies that are using technologies like natural language processing and artificial intelligence in their recruitment processes.
Cognizant’s VP of human resources Satish Jeyaraman said that his company now conducts completely paperless interviews and an automated response system makes it easier to communicate with thousands of candidates that the company screens throughout a year. Similarly, Capgemini’s head of acquisition Jaideep Chavan said that technology is helping the company to improve the scale of candidate conversion and push the productivity of the talent acquisition team.
