Toffee Insurance Rolls Out Insurance Scheme for Travel Bags

In what’s likely to be a first, online insurer Toffee Insurance has joined hands with Wildcraft to offer “backpack insurance” to the buyers of Wildcraft bags that are priced at ₹1,299 or more. The buyers can see the final price of the bags that includes the price of insurance at the time of checkout. The backpack insurance policy will offer coverage against thefts for up to 6 months.
Toffee Insurance’s CEO Rohan Kumar said that the idea is to reach a younger demographic by offering relevant context to insurance.
