Trump Says Trade Deal with India Soon

US President Donald Trump said that the US and India will soon have a trade deal that will be followed by a bigger agreement. This is believed to be a sign that the relations between the two nations are improving.

Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that when President Trump and prime minister Modi met the last time, they had a clear realization that issues on trade between the two nations must be resolved as soon as possible, and talks regarding that are already ongoing.
