Two Global Firms to help BBB Hire and Train Professionals for PSB Jobs

International personnel advisory firms Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry will soon help Banks Board Bureau (BBB) to identify and train the right talent for top jobs in the public sector banks (PSBs). According to an official, work has already begun in that regard.
While Egon Zehnder will serve as a “knowledge partner” to devise a leadership development strategy for the PSBs, Hay Consultants which is a part of Korn Ferry will assist in appointing candidates for MD and CEO positions at the state-owned banks.
