Warehousing and logistics sector to grow by 35%

The warehousing and logistics asset class can be a few of the fastest to get over the COVID-19 disaster, a file says, mentioning an anticipated growth in domestic demand and opportunity of worldwide firms moving manufacturing to India to de-risk deliver chains.

The Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP) report estimates that the warehousing and logistics sector will grow at 35% by next year. The sector is also expected to attract large investments.

Anshul Singhal, MD at Wespun One Logistics Parks said: “The movement of retail to online and larger inventory levels by e-tailers will increase the speed of warehousing and logistics demand in future”.
