Work from home to encourage tech hiring in 2021

Hiring activity in the Information Technology sector is going to rise in 2021. Hiring activity in online security, blockchain, AR (augmented reality), and UI is expected to grow by 20-25%, according to the hiring consultants.

Work from home has accelerated the usage of digital at many organizations due to the ongoing lockdown. However, an increase in work from the home ecosystem, the safety of data has become the main priority more than ever. Due to the increase in demand for safety, there will be more hiring of cybersecurity professionals.

Aditya Narayan Mishra, CEO, CIEL HR Services told, “There is a requirement of cybersecurity in the financial sector for the people exchanging files and working on different platforms. Additionally, there will be a huge demand for blockchain technology to maintain ledgers & financial transactions”.

Rise in use of augmented reality and mixed reality by e-commerce platforms will lead to the hiring of more professionals.
