74% Employees want to continue WFH amid COVID-19

Majority of employees who began telecommuting (WFH) following the Covid-19 episode and ensuing lockdowns might want to proceed WFH, as trust in public transport has not been reestablished even as practically all the states have opened it, an ASSOCHAM-Primus Partners study has called attention to.

Another key pointer from the review directed across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad in the various age groups of representatives was that a dominant part of the individuals who need to drive to work spots would lean toward their private vehicles, be it traveler vehicles or engine bicycles.

“Post lockdown, we see that individuals would lean toward some measure of work from home to proceed, with 74% preferring it,” the review done by ASSOCHAM in a joint effort with the counseling firm Primus Partners noted.
