Fees for Internet, Mobile Banking Customers Waived off by SBI

This Friday, public sector State Bank of India (SBI) said that it’s waived (National Electronic Fund Transfer) NEFT and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) charges for its internet and mobile banking customers. The same is also waived for the YONO app customers.

SBI said that it won’t impose charges for Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) from August 1 onwards. It also said that it’s limited NEFT and RTGS services through branch banking by 20%.

At the time of writing, SBI has more than 6 crores Internet banking users and 1.41 crores mobile banking users.
