Indian Employees More Confident of Being Better Than Bosses, Says Survey

A new global survey has found that India’s workforce is more confident of doing better than their bosses compared to other nations.

The Global State of Managers survey that was conducted by Kronos found that a whopping 95% of Indian employees believe they can do a better job than their bosses. 47% of them said that they can do it “all of the time” while 48% said they can do it “some of the time”. It also found that Gen-Z (70%) and Millennial (73%) are most confident in their skills.
