India’s First Space Tech Park to be Established in Thiruvananthapuram

India’s first space tech park is to set up in Thiruvananthapuram’s Knowledge City by the government. The goal is to make the city a manufacturing hub for all kinds of space technologies.
The infrastructure at Thiruvananthapurameted, for which the state government has also directed the authorities to arrange adequate land, will also house a space museum named after former President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
