Mobile transaction to be resilient, overtake card transaction

Mobile-based payments will be flexible and overtake card payments, even as COVID-19 incited monetary slowdown is probably going to put a delay on the quick ascent of cashless installments this year, according to the S&P Global Market Intelligence report.

Sampath Sharma Nariyanuri, Fintech Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence, “High development rates in cashless payments found as of late are probably not going to rehash in the midst of a financial log jam because of the novel coronavirus pandemic”.

Nariyanuri said, “Be that as it may, we anticipate that versatile payments should be stronger and will increase a greater lead over card payments, as their take-up will accelerate because of progressing social distancing measures and worries over utilization of money and plastic”.
