Security Concerns with IoT Found in 97% Adopters: Microsoft

According to a new research report by tech giant Microsoft, 88% of respondents that comprise IoT decision-makers in various companies believe that IoT is critical to business success. However, a whopping 97% of them have security concerns with the implementation of the technology.
Microsoft’s report IoT Signals is based on the inputs received from over 3,000 professionals who have an in-depth understanding of IoT’s ecosystem, its adoption, and challenges. It shared many insights, one of which is that most respondents believe that 30% of the company’s revenue will be because of IoT after two years.
