UP CM Concerned Over Slow Pace of UP Defense Corridor Project

Raising concerns over the slow pace of land acquisition for the Uttar Pradesh Defense Corridor project, state CM Yogi Adityanath has asked the officials to take urgent steps. He chaired a review meeting on Wednesday for the project which is pegged at an investment of ₹20,000 crores and proposes that defense manufacturing summits be hosted at all the 6 nodes of the corridor which are Kanpur, Aligarh, Agra, Chitrakoot, Lucknow, and Jhansi.
