Xiaomi invests in recruitment platform

Xiaomi has put Rs 42 crore in Work India, India’s’ biggest blue-collar enrolment platform. Work India has 1.5 crore enlisted job seekers and a presence in 763 urban communities across India.

The organization has made a gigantic presence in the Indian Blue-Collar section within a limited time frame. At Xiaomi, “we flourish towards giving advancement to everybody and we see noteworthy future potential in Work India,” said Manu Jain, Global Vice President, Xiaomi, and Managing Director, Xiaomi India.

Candidates can browse through openings for work that match their aptitudes and geo-area and apply through a single click or a call on the Work India App.

With 125 million client events captured each month and dynamic algorithms already available, Work India is one of only a handful of Indian start-ups that are prepared for Artificial Intelligence capacity.
